Do I need an account?

No. ReadRizz works as soon as you open it, and everything you save stays on your phone and with your guest account. Add a sign in only if you want your books to come with you to a new phone.

Keeping your books on a new phone

On your current phone, open You, then Settings, and choose Add a sign in. Use Sign in with Apple or your email address. On the new phone, choose I already have an account on the first screen and sign in the same way. Your shelf, notes, ratings, and taste come with you.

I did not get my sign in code

Codes arrive from ReadRizz within a minute or two. Check your spam or junk folder. Each code works once and expires after an hour, so if it has been a while, ask for a new one. If it still does not arrive, email us from the address you used.

Deleting your account

Open You, then Settings, and choose Delete account. That removes your account, shelf, notes, ratings, and everything ReadRizz learned about your taste, on every device, and it cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will delete it for you. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

A book has the wrong cover or description

Book details come from Open Library and from publishers, and some are wrong. Email us the title and what looks off, and we will fix it in the catalog.
